Left and right lenses adjust independently. Your eyes need different prescriptions? No problem. Set left lens to +2.5 and right lens to +1.75. Each eye gets what it needs.

Reading? Set to +2.0. Computer work? Set to +1.0. Watching TV? Set to +0.5. Same glasses. Three distances. Just turn the dials.

Dials sit behind your ears. Not visible from the front. Look like normal glasses. Nobody knows they're adjustable unless you tell them.
