Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early). If still missing, contact us at support@emilyshealthstoreusa.com and we'll work with the carrier or send a replacement.
Damaged packages: Email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

After shipping: Once shipped, we cannot change the address. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number (additional fees may apply).
For subscriptions: You can update your address anytime by logging into your account or emailing us—it will apply to all future deliveries.
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days after placing your order (once it ships from our facility).
