At Emilys Health Store USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to make returns easy and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Discounted or Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. See details below.

Final Sale & Gift Card Refund Policy:
All eligible returns are refunded in the form of a digital Emilys Gift Card (store credit). This credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire. We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
- Items purchased using a discount, promotion, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report it through our returns portal. After inspection and approval, you will receive store credit to reorder or replace the item.
Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item using the return portal. Once approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order.
Return Processing Timeline:
- Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of arrival.
- Approved returns receive store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card.
- If you haven’t received your credit within 10 business days of return approval, please contact us.
