Orders & Shipping
Free Standard Shipping: 1-2 day processing + 2-3 day shipping = 3-5 business days total.
Expedited Processing ($12.99): Same-day processing + 2-3 day shipping = 2-3 business days total. Orders placed before 2PM CST ship the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A 5% return label fee and 20% restocking fee apply to all returns. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.
To return an item, email support@emilyshealthstoreusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. No restocking or return label fees apply to damaged or defective items.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer Shop Pay Installments for qualifying purchases.
Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL/TLS encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant, and your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
Products & Orders
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
